The official rust-buster for the season, the Alumni Mile. Felt crappy on the warmup but did what Al told me to do and stuck my nose in it. Johnny led wire-to-wire, Goose passed me at the 800 and then Janet outkicked me on the last straightaway but I held on the best I could. Just felt completely flat and felt like I had no turnover. Oh well, still an Alumni Mile PR so i'll take it! Hopefully I won't feel so flat in 2 weeks for our first real meet of the year!
