6 Mile Progression Tempo
Picked a good treadmill for speed but not one that had a fan, so I got really toasty really fast. Just focused on building through without going overboard. Everything feels so much smoother outside so this wasn’t quite as easy as I would have liked but still got it done. Highlight of the day is my leg/back didn’t have any pain! Stretches are working so just gotta keep at it.
