Foot was pretty good today, not quite as amazing as yesterday but still much better than all of last week. Went to Q today again and was lucky enough to get 3 days in-a-row with him this week too. He worked on my calves and popped all of my toes again; but this time when he did I noticed instant relief in my middle toe which was awesome! Foot feels really good now, and I noticed the big change in how I felt he next day after sleeping so hopefully tomorrow is another big step forward
