4 miles steady up and down the hill at Ann/Elizabeth. Started with Red and they finished 10-15 feet ahead of me on the first one but then I tried to hold the same cadence around the entire hill so then I ran solo after that. I didn't feel too hot on the hills but the last one definitely felt the best. Body has felt meh this whole week but I'm glad I got this in!
