Notes

Impromptu workout on the upper track at the Vaughan after my bike. First official workout back! Legs felt like absolute shit post bike, it's crazy just how much of a difference everything feels like just by doing some biking beforehand. Didn't have a watch for exact time but there was a big electronic clock that allowed me to always see the time. Did a mile warmup, 3 miles of SSJC's, and then a little over a mile cooldown. Started running pretty quick for my warmup and then got right into the surges. The turns on the upper shelf are rediculously tight so I just stayed in the outer lane for everything which I'm sure added even more distance but that's ok. Regardless, even with the warmup mile, I ended up doing 4 miles well under 24 minutes, and the last 3 were right around 17:00, maybe even a bit under. Really happy with this run, all the turns were really tough on my hips and it definitely made changing gears tough but I'm happy with the progress. Doing this after biking made it an extra challenge too. It may not be alot of mileage, but I'm getting there!

Foot got a little upset on the cooldown but I think that was from the turns more than anything
