"Long" run, if you want to call it that lol. This weekend is going to be pretty busy so I wanted to at least get a longer aerobic run in. Everything was still sore from Wednesday but not as bad, the only thing I felt on the run was the hips and hamstrings, the back is getting a bit better. Aside from having to stop at 4.5 miles to poop, I got into a pretty good cadence. Last mile was with strides in it. Good run!
