Ran with Sparks, Ferst, and Nick Kane. Felt kinda tired from the gun and didn't run the race 100% like I wanted. Had a good kick though :) Happy that I broke 9 especially with the hard week we had this week. I really want to hit sub 8:50 though before the end of indoor season
