2 Minutes on, 1 minute off. Ran this with Warstler, Ferst and Root. We all stayed together until the last 2 fartlecks. Warstler, Root and I led the 2nd to last one and then on the last one Me and Warstler took off. Really attacked it on this last one cause I want to get used to finishing really strong so I have a better kick for the 5K and Mile. Fun workout overall. Tough but not as hard as it could have been
