Easy night run with Thompsen. Throat got worse at night (which is what always happens) so that was annoying but still went out. Was cold and chilly out, totally different than this mornings weather. Typical Illinois...anyway, stomach was bubbly from dinner so that kinda sucked but we kept a solid pace. Threw in strides the last mile and called it a day!
