1x2 Mile, 2x1 Mile (Actually 5.75 Miles)
First workout back, group had tempo and 200’s today but I didn’t think 200’s would be smart for me so I adjusted. Wore the 1080’s with Carbon inserts so not the easiest for going quick but I enjoyed being able to go faster today. Nothing crazy time wise but I’m honestly just happy to be out there.
Splits: 10:55(5:29-5:26), 5:30, 5:35
Took 900 meter jog rest in-between everything and then did a 1k Cooldown
