Great Timed Effort tonight and an 18 second PR! Went out the first lap feeling really easy and then the rest of the run felt like a Lincoln Park workout. It was tough but never really got out of hand. Ran with Yonny, Kerley, and Root for most of it. I tried making a move with 800 to go because I need to work on my part 3 and getting uncomfortable earlier than I like in this phase. Root came up on me the last 350 meters or so and we finished hard together and almost caught Brink. Wish we would have been able to catch him earlier and help him out after he fell off of Neal and Perez but still a great effort from everybody on the team tonight! Excited for these next few weeks
