Another big group :) Carlson tricked Janet, Maddog, and I into tempoing way to early. Took the grass path back through McDowell. Janet, Carlson and I were alone and then everybody else came through and helped us on the way back. Yonny, Perez, and Jordan really helped me get through the tough parts of the run. Once we crossed the street to the Riverwalk I was fine and could hold pace with them. Can't believe I feel for Carlson's Surge, oh well at least I know what its like to go out too hard now :)
