Notes

15 minute cooldown with the guys team, we chose some hilly fucking parts of the course to run and that really sucked haha. Saw Chapman and talked to him for a bit so just decided to call it there, felt wrecked.

Also, post race my back has gotten extremely tight and kinda painful; going to have to watch that and hopefully with some intense rolling I can make it go away.
