Notes
Had some presentations this morning for camp so we didn't get started running till about an hour later than normal. Hot and muggy out which seems to be the trend these past few days, waited a bit and then chased after the guys. Same route as last Monday, except went about a mile longer. Ended up running solo for awhile and then caught all the guys, but then Adam came with and joined me for about another 2 miles. Once we got to the pond past Ferry we turned around and headed back. Adam hung with me for another mile but then wasn't feeling it so then once I saw that there was a group ahead for him to join I went off on my own. Ended up running right into Zachdiz as he came off of the grass path so ran with him for a few miles and then split ways and ran up by the bell tower and back to NCHS. Solid first run of the day, didn't feel that great early on at all but loosened up throughout and despite not having a watch I know I was cruising. Good stuff!
