Notes
This was probably the hardest part of the workout. Even though the head guys wern't there, this is the fastest fartleck I have ever done. Ended up running with Yonni, Ferst and RJ. We all stayed together until the last interval in which became a 5 minute fartleck instead of 4. Coming down Praire it was me, ferst, and yonni. I really tried amping up the pace and both of my legs locked up cause of it but I had to at least try. Ended up getting passed by Yonni on the final uphill :P o well I gave it a shot haha got to work on that finishing kick though. Stomach finally started to settle down once we were on Praire.
