Blackwell with the guys team today, doing this post long run definitely wasn't the best feeling thing in the world haha. Warmed up nice and slow and steadily progressed a bit for 3 miles before hitting the hill (7:45-7:20-6:59). We warmed up super slow but I had long run and work legs so I was cool with that. We did 6 hills and it was tough to keep good form near the top of the hill but I was able to grind it out Team looked good today, I swear the NCC recovery style has helped me out with these hills so much, trying to get some of the guys to come with me when that happens but I don't think they trust themselves to be able to grind it out like that just yet. If we keep going back, we'll continue to work on that. Afterwards did a progression run and that felt pretty shitty but we got moving and finished off well after a slow first mile that felt like death. (8:00-6:34-5:37) Going easy as heck tomorrow.

Also, side note lost my garmin charger somehow :( so hoping to find that soon
