Impromptu tempo run this afternoon. Went out a bit quicker than usual and then just rolled with it. Saw around mile 3 that I was cruising and did my best to bring the pace down and finish strong. Honestly, pretty pleased with this considering I wasn't planning on doing a tempo. It started to rain a little and the wind picked up near the end but honestly a very nice afternoon for a run. Run was definitely tough the last few miles, but I recovered almost instantly when I finished. Also, last 4 miles were 22:00 and the last 3 miles were 16:06, so that right there shits on my entire first 3 years of high school...huzzah
