Wow I felt like shit today. Legs were sore from the start and I just knew that it was going to be a crappy feeling run. Fortunately, Colin showed up to camp so I got to catch up and run with him! Again, got paired up with Freshmen B so let them get about 5-7 minutes out and then went to catch them. Got stopped alot because of Traffic and whatnot but that's alright, just using this as a shakeout anyway. As long as I hit 10 today, I'll be happy. Hopefully it will be a bit more though. Did 4 strides and then hurdle drills afterwards
