4 Mile Fartlek @ Surrey Ridge
Pretty solid workout today, didn’t have any time goals but just wanted to do something that would shock the system. Been feeling lethargic the past few days so I think this will help. Did a fartlek where I started at 30 seconds hard/30 seconds steady recovery and then just increased both by 30 seconds until I got to 3 minutes. After that, I just went hard until the finish. Way more turns than I envisioned and had to run through some puddles but overall a good effort!
