Ran out to McDiz and then turned around with Brink, Tim Hird, Crain, Sparks, and Ricketts. Crain and Tim went a different way back so it was just us 4 on the last part of the run. Pace definently picked up once we turned around. Hamestring was tight but better than tuesday so thats good :) doctor D tonight helped alot had him work on both hamestrings
