Notes

Had to run earlier than usual due to Practicum stuff this morning so I ran from Naper and decided to do backwards Monday/Friday so I could at least see the guys. Groin area was pretty good to start off and even though it was a little sore it got much better after I warmed up and then I almost really didn't feel it. Hamestring is getting a lot better too! Went farther than I thought I did so next time I might just bike to the corner instead.
