Hip/Left Leg was le tight
The flair ups seem to be so weird, they just kinda come in waves. Regardless it’s all muscular so I know I just gotta keep doing my drills, someday my body will adjust! Also not sure how I feel about the 361’s, this was the 3rd run with them and while it’s not bad my hip has always been on the tighter side during my runs when I wear them...not sure if it’s connected or not 😅
