Easy run this afternoon. Ran 3 miles with Johnny just around by Ogden Avenue and then dropped him off at Kaufman before continuing the rest of my run. Did the 3.3 mile tempo route to the park and then did 2 laps before heading back. As I was finishing, I took Duck instead and then added on a bit more down Chicago Avenue before heading back. Ended up being right at 10 so not too bad! After 6 miles or so I started getting pretty tired. Was going to do strides in the run but body said NO WAY! so I just did a mega stride near the end. That part of the run was when I felt best.
