Morton Arb 5k : Final Effort before Chicago!
Beautiful day for running, went out really hard up Frost hill which had me breathing harder than usual at the start. Was solo until 2.5 miles when somebody caught me. Tried going with but just didn’t have it today. Overall I ran pretty even split considering the constant hill change! Glad I went out hard and shocked the system. Gotta watch my lower back/hamstring but overall very excited for next week!
