Easy run at Carthage College before the meet started. Was very short on time so this is all I was able to get in today. Ran on the River Path to the Lighthouse and back. Ran through a ton of puddles and ice/snow but I really enjoyed myself. Windy on the way out but nice on the way back. Had a bathroom issue and literally crapped in the middle of a beach...probably the weirdest thing I've ever had to do on a run lol. Calf got really tight after I finished using the bathroom.
