Notes

Wanted to go longer on this today but the weight room has already gotten to me despite being day #3 and I couldn't stand it anymore. Still got in a solid workout. Did 3x1 mile on-off, then 3x1 minute hard, 1 minute off, and then 3x30 seconds on, 30 off and then the last minute was all out. Groin doesn't hurt anymore so tomorrow I'm going back to running!
