Pretty fun run this morning! Roger met me at my house and I took him somewhere we never run at NCC which is unfortunantly a 6.75 mile out and back route. We were moving from the start and for a couple miles we were clipping off 5:50's-6:00 flats. RJ all of a sudden came out of some random neighborhood and we ran with him for 3 miles. Right as he turned off some random kid almost caught us. Roger and I went back to picking up the pace and right as I was talking shit about some kid catching us I turned around and he was right there. Of course, with my luck, it was Chris Derrick. Felt like a dumbass but I don't think he heard me, or at least he didn't acknowledge it. We picked it up again but it didn't matter, he still flew right past us. Once he turned to Knock Knolls we slowed down again and finished off the run with Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Bacon!
