Notes

Reminding the legs how to go fast again

Work fried my legs today from all the standing so motivation wasn’t high for the run. Still glad I got out anyway, decided to do 2 miles easy and then steady-hard-steady. Hamstring/butt area was tight but I know I can loosen it up tomorrow and Thursday. Glad to rip the bandaid off and remember that feeling lol
