Twas the workout before Grindfest🎅🏼
4 Mile Wave Tempo today rotating between 400’s @ 75 & 400’s @ 90. Recovery was always a little quicker because I would make sure to be hitting top speed before the fast rep started. Picked up the paces on the last 2 reps and closed that mile off in 5:19. Glad to do something like this today, hadn’t worked out in a week and just felt like the legs needed a little shock before Saturday!
