Hip was pretty tight cause we stopped and had to wait for so long. Felt like absolute donkey shit for the entire race but Root and I had fun joking through it. Janet's shoes got untied within the first 400 meters so he had to focus on his feet. Got into a cold sweat afterwards and felt like I had a sugar crash. Pretty pathetic considering how slow the run was but we were the only people to break 17 so it was just a workout anyway.
Note: Mapped out the course and saw that it was 3.23 miles, so that doesn't make it much better but I'm glad to see that it brought our average pace down a little haha
