Did long run today with Emilio and Root. Started out kinda slow but we definently picked it up once we got a few miles in. Ran to Blackwell, up the hill, and came back. felt pretty good throughout the whole thing despite all the bad sleep the last couple days. Time to get ready for Spring Training! :)
