Notes

Ran this in-between recruiting and heading over to Dick Pond. Ran over to the Grass loop that I did last week and did 2 loops before heading back to the apartment. I would show the map but I can't find my Forerunner 10 charger since I most likely left it at the office...I need to do a better job with keeping track of that. Anyway, felt ok but opened up nicely after stopping at Indian Trail cause of the light and doing some stretching and hip mobility. Served as a nice pre-meet and ended up going at a steady pace, still doesn't feel quite as normal as I'd like it too but it just seems that this long run is staying with me longer than I'd like this year, Oh well.
