Great race!!! got out just how i wanted from the start! ran with Warstler, Brink, Yonny, and Ferst the whole time. We came through at 4:49 and I felt extremly relaxed. Felt really good still through 2 miles where Yonny led us on a charge to break the Unattached guy, Waterman and the IWU kid. Got passed by the unattached and Waterman with 600 to go but almost caught them again with a kick. Huge confidence booster!!! and the best part is there was still a decent amount of energy left afterwards! :) running together as a team really made a huge difference. This race and Indoor Conference are by far the best races I have ever had
