3rd run in a row from 4 Lakes lol, didn't make it back to Aurora last night because I was too tired but after a good night sleep I woke up and wanted to do a workout. Haven't done hills in awhile so did a 5k warmup that stopped directly at the road hill, pooped, and then went into it. Did these marathon style, stayed strong and pushed but never too hard, and I made sure to never slow down on the way down so I kept a consistent rolling loop with the same effort the whole time. Ended up doing 12 hills which is just barely shy of 7 miles worth of hills, felt pretty strong for the whole thing! While things got tough after #9 I was able to control my breathing and just take it one hill at a time. Pretty happy with this one, was originally shooting for 8-10 but was able to do more than planned! Did a little over a 1 mile cooldown back to Kaytlin's apartment. Solid workout and felt strong on the hills!
