Easy afternoon run with Root after a nice 2 hour nap. The run went by pretty quick which was great but I ate shit when we got into the woods by cookie which got me out of my cadence for a bit. Still felt pretty good once I recollected myself. Great weather out and overall an awesome cap to the week!
