Morning run through Lakes Regional Park again. Felt some surprise spring in my step for the first few miles due to yesterday's off day, but as per usual the heat and humidity started making the run a real bitch. Actually the best I've felt running outside though, the struggle was real but I wasn't dead when I finished which was nice. Didn't time it but still had a decent pace.
