Notes

Running in place on mat in basement. Achilles heel not hurting too bad. Decided to start practicing little by little to run again.

Did intervals without stopping for 10 mins: a mix of running in place, kicking legs alt in front of me, simulated jump rope (without the rope). Heel not too bad. Slight ache
