Notes

Awesome workout tonight at Acceleration. I hadn't been there since I was in probably like 5th grade. I forgot how great it is. Did baseline testing tonight but it was still a pretty solid workout.

Tested:

1 Rep Max Leg Press (Both Legs, Single Leg)

Hip Flexor Strength

Verticle Jump

Standing Long Jump

20 Yard Shuttle (Left and Right)

10 Yard Dash

Plyos

Hockey Treadmill (freakin love that thing)

Can't wait to go back and do some more. It's going to help our team wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than Church of Iron. No disrespect to the Church though...
