Great first official practice. Felt good and I think that a lot of it can be attributed to XC. We have so many guys that are really out of shape, but I feel like I just picked up right where I left off last season. It was like I never stepped off the ice.
Warm-up drills then County Fair
Also skated the mile! I didn't realize how short a mile was in terms of distance on a hockey rink. Makes me wonder how many miles we skate over the course of a practice...
