After XC i was lifting in the weight room at Chatard and my dad called me and said that he and my mom had gone for a bike ride and my mom didn't want to ride back, so i met them at canterbury park and my dad and i rode the tandem all the way to 146th street. It was great and i wore the flow band the whole way.
