Notes

Back to a good workout this week. Started off with hockey treadmill, then plyos, the strength. Hockey treadmill was pretty light tonight. Plyos weren't too hard but really got the blood and sweat flowing. Oh and I went and saw Jason after school and I just sprained my shoulder, so that's good. But that meant no upper body for strength today. Did about a million reps of different legs and abs exercises. But it felt good, and it was an all around good workout. No throwing up! I didn't eat anything between lunch and our workout except a plain tortilla as I was walking out the door, and I felt a lot better. Then I stuffed my face afterwards obviously. Just glad to not be barfing.

We start LA tomorrow which is exciting. Then practice afterward. Should be a good day as long as I don't get too much homework tomorrow night...
