Pretty hot out there today. still got in a tempo pace run. miles 3 and 6 were the focus wanting to stay under 8:30 pace.
Miles 1 and 2 averaged 9:30 pace, a warm up.
Miles 4 and 5 averaged 9:15 pace.
Miles 3 and 6 averaged 8:21 pace.
Overall a 9 min pace. not bad. Under MP, which is good.
Decided to do a tempo run today instead of hills. Friday I will do the hills at Comanche.
Saw Kramer after :-p right when I finished, out of the port a pot steps Kramer lol talked with him for a bit before his run.
