Notes
Quick run at Comanche. Been tired lately. Came home and took a short nap and fixed dinner for guys then headed out to run. I might start doing this on short run days. Nice weather, lots of people on trails at 6pm :) That is a nice change from running at 4pm when trails are empty. Felt myself getting into groove :) 3 miles is feeling "easy" again :) Thank you God for watching over my achilles during my recovery and on my runs :)
