decent pace for a hill workout. worked hard up hills, paced down hills.

training is already paying off. glad to be back on a plan. my fitness will see gains, and hopefully I will

get back to my 7:30/mile 5k pace :) weight hasn't started coming off yet, but i can feel my body adapting to training.

the ball is rollin :)
