A quick 5k of Fills and Hartleks haha Stayed in the neighborhood and worked the hills on this chilly day.
Went by pretty quickly, should have stayed out longer. Overall pace was under 9 min miles, woo hoo :)
Time to go downstairs and stretch and veg before reality tomorrow.
