Notes
Nice cool run, 37 degs, to kick off winter break :) Felt gooooood to run in the cooool crisp air.
Started run off with a big flock of birds flying over me. They were chirping and communicating with one another. It was a lonnng line of birds in the air moving from one location to another. It was by where the airport has land off of Starcrest.
Then as I ran down the straight toward Starcrest, a couple of planes took off from the airport and went straight over me. I thought how amazing that I ran under a migration of birds that led to the study of flight and the development of massive airplanes that can fly through the air! Absolutely amazing.
The park was pretty empty at beginning of my run, a few people out. Toward the end, around 8am, more people were at park. It was a little warmer at 8 than at 7 :-p
Good splits today. I've been happy with my performance. Need to try and cross train. Now that school is out for a couple of weeks, I should have more time.
