Notes
nice run. started out on trails alone but about an hour into run people started showing up for soccer, baseball, biking and training runs. i like getting out and going before most :) today was pretty chilly. took me a bit to warm up. once i warmed up i was good. had some chafing around my neck a little cause I wore my long sleeve bobcat UA drifit. and a little on inner thighs. need to get chafe stick. some kind of walk/run going on that started at tobin headed toward mcallister. nice to see families out with their children.
so for a training run i hit 2hrs 6mins for 13.1. I feel that i can cut some of that time off. still shooting for sub 2hrs on 11/17. will try to have more focused runs this week. speed, hill work, intervals.
