Notes
About 50 meters in this morn I met up with a dog. Not the cutest dog, but he left me alone, I thought. As I left neighborhood, the scraggly black spotted, brown striped dog followed me. Got to the Jud/Ind intersection and he followed me across. Made it to O'Connor and so did he. Asked at the Vet Clinic what I could do, they came out and scanned him (found it was a her) for a tag. No tag :( The little pup and I set back toward Jud/Ind. I set out to get 6 miles in this morn, thought of cuttin it short because this little pup was gettin tired :/ Wellll, I was feeling good, so we made it up Judson to Feather Ridge and ran in that subD for about a mile 1/2. I stopped once to give Shadow a rest. Yes, by now I have named the dog :) The dog was my shadow. About two steps behind me, but right there with me. She jumped at the back of my legs a few times, I think so I would stop or slow down. Finished up in Feather Ridge and ran through homes across F Ridge for about another mile or so. Started heading home, and ran some intervals. She even ran the intervals with me :) Now I was thinking "this dog is cute" :) Got back in the neighborhood and I think she realized where she was. I turned to the left and she turned to the right. I kept running, looked back and she was smelling some plants and flowers :) That was the last I saw of Shadow. Hope she found her home. Good company on my run this morn :)
