needed that run! 4 days w/out and a stressful week : / makes for happy feet :)
good tough run. windy, drizzly rain on my face, died down last two miles.
somethin about running in the elements that makes me feel
like a bad ass :-p only got splashed once and it wasn't that bad since it only hit
my legs, ya big jerk! nothing out of the ordinary today.
threw some strides in at the end.
glad to be on the pavement again :)
