easy slow run, hot hot hot outside today. gave my water bottle to a homeless guy on mccullough.
figured he needed it more than me. i was getting more water in 20 mins, him???? took it easy because of the heat. i wonder what heat index was.
Bren's team whooped up on Lee. ouch.
